Whenever I want to boost my productivity for the month ahead, I am using this layout.
I am having different categories with sub-goals. I am keeping track of the mini goals every week, stating the times I want to do it. The little circles are days, so if a task has five circles, this means that I need to do this task 5days per week. This way, I am not anxious every day, but I keep track every week if I am progressing or not.
