Hello there!
A 4-month project needs a good timeline. Remember the mind map in a previous post? Here is the productivity tracker for the goals specified there!
The sub-tasks need a rough timeline, in order to keep up and be efficient! So here they are! I kept the colour of each task the same as the colours I used in the mind map timeline. This is better for those who colour code and need cohesiveness.
Each column is a month and each month has five columns for each week approximately. The black boxes are an estimation, when each sub task should start. A good tip is to leave a few lines in between in case you want to add sub-tasks later.
Using this productivity tracker will help you to have a better overview of the project’s progress. You can modify or add sub-tasks and always roll with the punches when you see that there are a lot of things that going wrong or outside the timeline!

Try to think of what areas play important role in order to accomplish this goal. Use a colour for each area (sub-task). Under each sub-task write what you are going to need. Think of everything task (minor or not) that needs to be done in order to help you achieve your goal! Remember, in the mindmap you only write down the titles. The timeline for each sub-task will be done in the productivity tracker! […]
