Do you like routines? Do you love routines? Or do you hate them?
To be honest, I have a love-hate feeling towards them, but I tend to follow them most of the time! It is good to create some routines. For your week, your month, your day! These routines will help you to overcome difficulties and re organise yourself. Choose some things to do, do them and re evaluate in the end of the period! Find out what works for you!
And of course, I keep them in my journal! This spread helps me organise my life. I have three distinct spaces: monthly, weekly and daily. Also I rotated my journal, so as to have a better layout and view! My weekly routines is a weekly calendar with boxes. Each column is a day and each row is a category. Use those that matter most to you! Inside the boxes I write my routines. I can add more later if I want!
The monthly table has two columns. One for my blog needs, things that I want to do every month so as to keep up! The other column has chores that need to be done around the house, but not everytime I clean it up. Chores that can be done once per month. I pick one and just do it. The list just reminds me of all the places!
The daily routine is divided to morning and evening column. This may sound familiar to you. Two columns, things that I do first thing in the morning, or last thing in the evening! It helps me keep a clear mind and focus on what is important. Use your bujo to finally get better mentally or physically!
