After my husband @webscaptism saw my sleep tracker, he thought about it. He thought about it a lot. 4 days later, he wrote me an email stating that he wanted a similar tracker. You see I have sleep problems, but he has stomach problems(GERD).
•In the email, he wrote me exactly(!) what he wanted to track. First of all his diet. It’s about time he lost some kilos (me too as well, but let’s focus on him now-hehe?) so he needs to track weekly his breakfast-lunch-dinner and his snacks. This will also help him to identify foods that help or not with his stomach and never forget them again.
•Then, he wanted an “activities” tracker. This includes his kilos measurement and the days when his stomach is at its worst. I added a column for the mastiha pills he takes, in order to calm down the symptoms and treat the problem. His fitness tracker follows (aikido, running, and iPhone measurements -steps and flights climbed). Then he added some more like studying Java and reading a book before bed. And the last column dedicated to me… Awww…️️️
•The tracker is weekly and done in his journal. It is a ruled journal, so I made double effort for the vertical lines (I am so grateful for my dotted journal!). I kept it simple but I couldn’t resist some color. I resisted the stickers though! I know that if it was about me, this tracker would be 3-4 different spreads. Men…
