This is a simplefitness tracker! Whoever has a monthly goal regarding fitness and workouts this is the page for you! Now, my smart watch is my companion here. Based on the measurements there I am going to track my progress! 🥇
The first part is a diagram. You can use it to track daily calories, weight, steps, duration of exercise etc. I am using it for steps.The second part is a calendar. You can use this space for tracking down type of exercise, duration, calories, distance, etc. I am going to use it for calories burnt and duration of exercise. Also if I am going for a walk, I will write it here as well!The third part are three boxes: my monthly goal, what worked and what didn’t.
I will write my goal at the beginning of the month, while I will fill the last two boxes in the end. Like a review! My goal is >10K steps per day, x4 cardio per week, x4 weights per week.
