My detailed sleep tracker in my bujo!
Hi there!
I came up with a detailed #sleeptracker, to record my sleep.
In my weekly tracker, I write down how many hours I sleep every night, but this is not enough. The last six months, I keep waking up during the night and stay awake for 1-3hours. That’s why I needed a more detailed tracker.
In my favourite STM journal, I created this sleep tracker, where I keep a record of the moon phases as well and used the blue lines for the weekends.
So this is what I track in this detailed sleep tracker:
- what I ate last,
- what i did last (when i go to bed I either read a book, or internet surf with the table or check instagram/twitter account in my smartphone, or rarely watch tv),
- when I went to bed,
- when I slept,
- when I woke up in the morning.
- Did i dream?
- Had night sweats?
- If I woke up during the night and for how long?
- was I thirsty?
- And finally, what was my morning mood, the mood when I woke up.
I received many comments in my Instagram account, after posting this tracker! There were also a few great suggestions to add, so as to have a complete tracker.
I will see if this tracker helps me. I hope to have a few conclusions in 1-2 months time…
